Every year the Russian Embassy in Cyprus, Limassol Municipality and Russian newspaper Vestnik Kipra organize a Festival that brings together people of different nationalities to celebrate friendship between people of Russia and Cyprus.

Official opening ceremony of V Cyprus-Russian Festival will start in Limassol 5^th of June 2010 at 19.00. Every year the President of Cyprus opens the Festival. His personal care about such events is very important for all Russian community of Cyprus (about 40 000 people) and gives a right message to Russian tourists and visitors.

19.00-19.40 – official opening ceremony (The President of the Republic of Cyprus, Ambassadors, Ministers, Mayors, Members of the Parliament and Municipal councils, official delegation from Moscow). Speeches, award presentation, TV and photo sessions.

19.40 – Official VIP reception

19.40-21.00 – Official Gala Concert

21.30-22.50 – Ms. Natasha Koroleva (one of 5 top Russian female stars now) and her show group: back vocal and dancers performance.

22.55 – fireworks
